论欺诈性消费对法律价值的危害性

On the Danger of Fraudlent Consumption to the law

欺诈性消费虽然从表面上看并不违反法律 ,但其危害性却相当严重。本文就欺诈性消费行为对法律价值的危害性进行分析 。

This paper sets out to analyze the danger of those fraudulent consumption to the value of law ,and then puts porward three solution.It is accepted that frandulend consumption is a kind of action in the name of consumption to achieve other purposes and cheat managers. It is found that apparently this kind of action does not break the law ,but actually it brings about serious consequenes.
