摘要 目的 对比观察蝎毒、蛇毒对小鼠骨髓细胞增殖的影响 .方法 健康昆明种小鼠 70只 ,随机分为 5组 :①空白对照组 ;②蝎毒低剂量组 ;③蝎毒高剂量组 ;④蛇毒低剂量组 ;⑤蛇毒高剂量组 .小鼠腹腔注射 ,每天 1次 ,连续给药 5d .每组分别在 2 4h、8d、15d取 4只小鼠股骨骨髓进行骨髓象检查分析及骨髓有核细胞计数 .结果 高剂量蛇毒后 ,骨髓有核细胞数明显增多 (p <0 .0 1) ,蝎毒高剂量组比蛇毒高剂量组增多更显著 (p <0 .0 1) ;两低剂量组有核细胞数明显增多 (p <0 .0 5 ) .注射蝎毒和蛇毒后均可使小鼠骨髓有核细胞中单个核细胞比例先增高后下降 ,而分叶核细胞比例随之升高 ,但蝎毒的作用更明显 .结论 蝎毒、蛇毒均具有促进骨髓细胞增殖、分化和成熟的作用 。 Objective To observe the proliferative effects of scorpion venom and snake venom on marrow cells in mice. Methods Seventy mice,were randomly divided into 5 groups: low dose of scorpion venom group(0.2 mg·kg -1 ), high dose of scorpion venom group(0.4 mg·kg -1 ), low dose of snake venom group(0.125 mg·kg -1 ), high dose of snake venom group(0.25 mg·kg -1 ) and control group(each with saline 0.2mg ). All drugs were injected into the abdominal cavities consecutively for 5 days. The analysis of myelogram and the differentiatia counting of nucleated cells of thigh bone marrow were carried out respectively on 24h、8d and 15d. Results After injection of high dose of snake venom, the number of karyocyte in bone marrow significantly increased (p<0.01).Compare with high dose of snake venom group, the number of karyocyte in bone marrow also elevated in high dose of scorpion venom group (p<0.01). Both low doses of scorpion venom and snake venom could also increase the percentage of karyocyte significantly. After injection of scorpion venom or snake venom, the percentage of single leaf karyocyte increased initially and then descended followed by an upregulation of the percentage of lobulated karyocyte, which was more prominent with injection of scorpion venom. Conclusions Both scorpion venom and snake venom may stimulate the proliferation, differentiation and maturation of marrow cells, and such stimulating effect may be even greater with scorpion venom.
