B-型钠尿肽在充血性心力衰竭诊断和治疗中的应用进展

摘要
B -型钠尿肽 (BNP)是在心室中合成 ,它与心室的功能、心功能NYHA分级、诊断和预后有关 .尤其对非充血性心力衰竭引起的有急性呼吸困难的病人有着特别强的阴性预测价值 ,另外 ,它在有高危险性心脏疾病的病人中是一个有用的筛选工具 .在未来 。
