飞机复合材料结构件修补树脂的研究

摘要 飞机复合材料结构件在使用过程中会存在大量的损伤缺陷,将严重影响飞机的飞行安全和使用寿命,并造成严重的经济损失。本文采用多元胺作为主要固化剂,AFG90、AG-80等多官能度环氧树脂为基体树脂,以端氨基丁腈橡胶为增韧剂,制备出一种可在66℃或93℃固化的双组分飞机复合材料结构件修补树脂。通过补片胶接修复试验证明,该修补树脂具有良好的力学性能,能够在飞机复材结构件的修补领域发挥重大作用。 There are a large number of defects in the aircraft composite structure during use, which will seriously affect the aircraft’s flight safety and service life, and cause serious economic losses. In this article, we adapt polyamine as the main curing agent, AFG90, AG-80 and other multi-functional epoxy resin as the matrix resin, amino-terminated nitrile rubber as the toughening agent to prepare the bi-component aircraft composite repair resin which can be cured at 66℃ or 93℃. Though the bonded-patch repair technology test, we can proved that the repaired resin has good mechanical properties and can play a major role in the repair of aircraft composite structures.
