摘要
研究了不同成长度鲜绿芦笋的营养成分含量、比重、失重、呼吸强度及耐贮性等,首次提出鲜绿芦笋“成长度”概念,将“成长度”作为鲜绿芦笋采收和分级的重要形态指标,有较强的科学性和可操作性。
Different growth degree of fresh green asparagus sprout was studied about its nutrition composition,specific gravity,weight lose,respiration strength and storage property.The results shown that the growth degree is an important morphological character for harvesting and grading in fresh green sprout.The authors first establish the conception of growth degree for asparagus grading,which is a morphological change during the green sprout growing in asparagus.It was divided into4degree.This standard is scien-tific and operable.
