低温处理对解除荠菜种子休眠的影响

Effects of Low Temperature Treatment on Relieving Dormancy of Shepherd’s Purse Seed

在(5±1)℃的低温条件下干种子、经浸种处理的种子和直接置床处理的种子,对解除荠菜种子的休眠效果是不一样的,结果表明:直接置床处理的效果最好,干种子效果最差,处理时间8～10天较为理想。

Different effects were observed between drying seed,soaking seed treated with low temper-ature of(5±1)℃and seed sowed in bed directly as control.The control was best,and drying was worst.The best treatment time is about 8-10days.
