摘要
猴头菌适生配方和仿野生立体栽培技术研究结果表明 :猴头菌丝在分别以木屑、锯末、刨花、玉米芯为主料的培养基上均能正常生长 ,日均生长速度为 0 .5 3~ 0 .71cm ,满袋时间为 1 9~ 2 5d ,前两茬的生物学转化率均超过 1 0 0 % ;且子实体色泽正常 ,菇形端正。其中菌丝在刨花培养基上生长速度最快 ,满袋时间最早 ,但以木屑的生物学转化率最高。仿野生立体栽培猴头较传统栽培产量高 ,品质好。
Studies on 5 different culture media and the stereoscopic cultivation technique in imitating wild condition showed that Hericium erinaceus hypha could grow normally on these medias with wooden scraps,sawdust,wood shavings and corncob as main composition with the mycelium growth rate per day being 0.53-0.71 cm,the times of full spawn run being 19-25 d and the biological transfer rate of first two collection of Hericiam erinaceus being over 100%.The mycelium growth rate was fastest on the wooden scraps media,times of full spawn run was shortest,but the biological efficiency was highest on the sawdust media.Compared with tranditional technique,imitating wild technical can improve the yield and quality of Hericium erinaceus.
