7月3日,总局在京召开了全国有线数字广播影视业务试点工作动员会。张海涛和胡占凡副局长对这项工作的开展进行了动员和部署。张海涛副局长在讲话中着重阐述了三个问题:一是充分认识我国广播影视数字化的重要性、必要性和紧迫性,二是准确把握我国广播影视数字化的内涵和任务,三是切实抓好有线数字广播影视业务试点工作的各项任务。现将张海涛副局长的讲话全文发表,供大家学习。

The National Mobilization Meeting on Pilot Programs for Digital Cable Radio,Film and TV Services was held by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Televisionon July 3, this year. Deputy Directors Zhang Haitao and Hu Zhanfan gave mobilizationtalks and drew up a plan for launching these programs.
