浸渍纸层压木质地板的质量状况及基材质量控制

Current Quality Status of Laminate Flooring in China and Quality Control of the Substrate

本文分析了目前我国市场上浸渍纸层压木质地板(强化木地板)的质量状况及存在的主要问题,并从表面耐蒸汽性能、甲醛释放量、MOR、IB和耐磨性能等方面分析了基板HDF对强化木地板质量的影响,指出基材的密度、含水率、表面光洁度、IB、TS及MOR是地板质量关键的影响因子。

In this paper, the author analyzed the current status and main quality problems of laminate flooring in China, such as the steam resistance, formaldehyde emission, modulus of rupture (MOR), internal bond (IB) and abrasion resistance of the flooring. She also pointed out the influence of high density fiberboard (HDF) substrate on the quality of the flooring from the factors of density, moisture content, surface smoothness, IB, thickness swelling (TS) and MOR of HDF substrate.
