连片特困民族地区在扶贫过程中职业教育扶贫价值得到认同、职业教育扶贫政策支持力度空前、现实成效显著。但职业教育扶贫中存在着多元化管理和政府"兜底"运行、职业教育扶贫主体间利益协调机制不畅和政策监督评价机制缺失等问题。加强职业教育扶贫运行机制建设,改进职业教育扶贫主体间利益协调机制,创新职业教育扶贫考核与监督机制才能充分发挥职业教育扶贫的功能。

The value of poverty alleviation in vocational education has been recognized, vocational education poverty alleviation policy support is unprecedented, and the actual results are remarkable during vocational education poverty alleviation in contiguous poverty-stricken ethnic minority areas. However, during vocational education poverty alleviation, there are problems such as the diversified management mechanism and the government’s 'socks' operation, the interest coordination mechanism for poverty alleviation between vocational education and the lack of policy supervision and evaluation mechanism. In order to give full play to the poverty alleviation function of vocational education, we should strengthen the vocational education poverty alleviation mechanism, improve the interest coordination mechanism for poverty alleviation in vocational education, and innovate the evaluation and supervision mechanism for poverty alleviation in vocational education.
