强毒株与弱毒株鼠疫菌在赫氏干燥培养基上的生长差异

Growth difference of virulent strain and attenuated strain of Yersinia pestis in Herxheimer medium

应用鼠疫菌强毒株141标准株和鼠疫菌弱毒株EV76株菌落计数实验,接种到不同pH值、不同氨基氮含量和不同刺激因子的赫氏干燥培养基上通过菌落计数方法筛选最佳培养条件。结果表明在相同条件下141株鼠疫菌较EV76株鼠疫菌易受pH值、氨基氮含量、刺激因子的影响(P<0.05)。

The colony counting experiment of Yersinia pestis virulent strains 141 standard strains and attenuated strain EV76 strains were implemented to inoculate to different pH value,different amino nitrogen content and different stimulating factor's drying medium for screening the optimal culture conditions by colony counting method. The result showed that 141 strains of Yersinia pestis were more susceptible to be influenced by pH value,amino nitrogen content,stimulating factors than EV76 strains of Yersinia pestis in the same condition( P < 0. 05).
