应用伊维菌素注射剂防治猪疥螨病的临床试验

Ivermectin infection against Sarcoptidosis of swine

应用伊维菌素注射剂按0.2mg/kg体重剂量2次皮下注射给药,采用体表检查法与涂片检查法,进行猪疥螨病疗效观察。结果:第一次给药后14、21、28d刮取病灶部与健康皮肤交接处的皮屑进行涂片镜检,均未检到病原,虫体转阴率达100%。直至出栏未见复发和再发者。全部防治猪给药后未发生异常反应。应用效果证明伊维菌素注射剂防治猪疥螨病高效、安全、经济。

With the method of surface inspection and microscopc examination of suDerficial skin scrapings,the scrapings should be taken from the edges of active lesions,toevaluate the treatment of sarcoptidosis of swine by 0. 2mg /kg bw lvermectin lnjection sLlbcutaneous injection two times. The result showed: there were not found pathogens at day 14.21 and 28 after the first administration,and the negative rate was 100%. There were no recurrence or relapse swine until slaughter. Swine were injected subcutaneously failed to show anY abnormal reaction. The resuIt of test indicates,the ivermectin injection was efficient,safe and economical to control sarcoptidosis of swine.
