摘要
根据卓越计划的特点和培养标准,确定卓越现场工程师综合素质的评价指标,采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,构建技术本科卓越现场工程师综合素质的AHP评价体系。该评价体系具有较好的可信性、准确性与合理性。
Based on the characteristics and training standards of the'Excellent Engineer Training Program',in this paper we determine the evaluation index of the high-quality spot engineers and the weight of each index value,construct the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)comprehensive quality evaluation system of excellent spot engineers in technological bachelor colleges.The evaluation system possesses good reliability,accuracy and reasonableness.
