摘要
选择不同的菌种、培养基和培养条件进行红曲霉产桔霉素的研究,结果表明,桔霉素的生成量与菌种、培养基和培养条件密切相关。
Different monascus strains,media and culture conditions were selected to study the relationship between monascus and citrinin.It is indicated that the amount of citrinin produced by monascus was closely related to monascus strains,media and culture conditions .
