摘要
对非接触印刷废纸纤维素酶法脱墨工艺及脱墨浆质量评价进行了研究,优选脱墨的最佳工艺条件为;纤维素酶用量0.3%,温度50℃,碎浆浓度10%,碎浆时间30min,搅拌速度400r/mim。采用Pa-perican残余油墨扫描仪,通过对残余油墨粒子个数、直径、面积等的分析,对脱墨浆质量进行了评价。
Enzymatic deinking of nonimpact printed wastes and assessment of the deinked pulp by image analysis were studied. The optimum conditions of deinking were: cellulase charge 0.3%, temperature 50C, pulping consistency 10%, time of pulping 30min, agitating velocity 400r/min. The quality of the deinked pulp was assessed by measuring the number, average diameter, percent coverage of residual ink with Paperican ink scanner.
