摘要
简单介绍了计算机图像处理技术的基本原理,重点叙述了它在纸页分析中的应用,并对国内外的研究进展进行了概括。通过对它在纸页表面粗糙度、匀度、密度、填料或涂料分布、废纸脱墨效果、尘埃度、印刷打印质量、胶粘物、周期性印痕、纸幅横向收缩、局部光泽度和卷曲等方面的分析,论述了此技术在造纸工业中的应用特点,并表明其在造纸领域有良好的发展前景。
The basic theory of digital image processing technology was introduced in this paper,its application to paper analysis was particularly stressed, and the latest research and progress of the technology at home and abroad were summarized. Through the discussion of the application of this technology in the analysis and evaluation of paper properties,such as surface roughness,sheet formation, Z-direction density distribution, filler and coating distribution, ink and dirt particle measurement and counting, analysis of ink-jet printing quality, analysis of adhesive contaminants,fabric,and roll marks diagnosis, paper machine CD shrinkage profile, local gloss measurements and curl measurement, and calender blackening, etc, it concluded that this technology was characterized by excellent performance and had a bright future in paper industry.
