摘要
以香蕉为模式材料,总结了乙烯与1-MCP在香蕉果实后熟中的不同作用,并指出了1-MCP区别于其它乙烯受体阻断剂的优势点;另外,作者还概括了1-MCP在延缓其他果蔬后熟衰老方面的最新研究进展,展望了1-MCP在香蕉及其它采后果蔬贮运保鲜中的应用前景,以便于指导1-MCP在果蔬采后贮藏方面的应用。
In this paper,we review the current status and future prospects for the use of 1-MCP.Since1-MCP apparently is non -toxic at concentrations that are active,it may in future be available for reg ulating the ripening of fruits.
