摘要
采用磁力搅拌式水卡计和电位计等二次仪表,组成一套测定装置,测定不同含水率大麦的质量热容。结果显示,大麦的质量热容随其含水率的增加而呈线性增大。通过回归分析,给出了大麦的质量热容随着含水率变化的数学方程为:cp = 0.0498Md + 0.8863。
A set of determining device is composed of the hydrothermograph with magnetic force agitator and secondary instruments including a potential difference meter etc, which is used for determination of the mass heat capacity of the barley with different moisture contents. The results shown that the mass specific heat of barley would linearly rise with the increase in the moisture content. On the basis of regressing analysis, the relationship between mass specific heat of barley and itself moisture content could be described with the equation: cp = 0.0498Md + 0.8863。
