摘要
介绍了SSQ7000质谱仪的工作原理、主要工作电路的检查方法。对高压电路系统故障的实例 进行了故障原因分析和处理,并对电源电压波动对仪器的影响进行了初步的探讨。
The working principle of SSQ7000 mass spectrograph and look-up method of main operating circuits are introduced. The analysis and treatment of trouble of high-voltage circuit system are carried out through instance, and the effect of mains voltage fluctuation on equipment is also inquired initially.
