With today's economic globalization,the medium and minor enterprises have played more and more important role in economic development,employment and social coordination.In all over the world,in order to make great achievements,all governments have taken actions.China has been a member of WTO,therefore,it is a chance and challenge to the medium and minor enterprises.As far as we are concerned,it has been the most important task for the medium and minor enterprises in China to catch hold of the chance and use for reference of success and failure experience,combine situation,take active measures and make them develop rapidly and healthily.
