摘要
以丙烯酸羟丙酯和甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵为原料 ,通过自由基共聚合成了水溶性阳离子丙烯酸助鞣剂 ,利用红外光谱、核磁共振等对其结构进行了表征。应用结果表明 :该产品用于铬鞣后期交联 ,可以显著降低废液中的含铬量 ,使铬鞣剂的吸收率达到 90 %以上 ,铬鞣革颜色均匀 ,粒面细致 。
A new cationic acrylic auxiliary tanning agent was synthesized by copolymerization. The structure of the copolymer was analysed and characterized by IR and 13 CNMR.Various tests were designed to determine the effects of this product on chrome tanning. Results showed that this product can bring about excellent float exhaustion.The leather applied with the auxiliary agent had good quality characteristics such as fine grain ,uniformity hue and high yield of leather.
