对锭子轴承动态性能进行检测诊断 ,可以确保锭子的生产质量和运转稳定性。根据振动测试与分析原理 ,设计了一套锭子轴承动态性能测试系统。介绍了轴承装夹装置的结构和振动测试系统的组成。利用系统对DZ2A型锭子轴承进行了振动测试与故障诊断 。

Testing and determining dynamic property of spindle bearing could ensure producing quality and run stability of spindle.Based on the vibration test and principle analyses,the test system of testing vibration property of spindle bearing is designed.The structure of fixing bearing set and the consist of vibration test system is introduced.Using this system the vibration property of DZ 2A spindle bearing is tested,and equipment fault is diagnosed,the test results and reality is similar.
