介绍了一种性能稳定可靠的数字温度传感器DS16 2 0 ,及其结构组成、特点和工作原理。给出了DS16 2 0在温度箱上的应用。详细叙述了温度箱硬件部分的器件选择和工作原理 ,阐述了软件部分的设计过程 。
A kind of digital temperature sensor DS1620 with high reliability is introduced. The structure, features and working principle of this device are presented. It also gives the application of DS1620 in the thermostat. The device selection and the working principles of hardware of thermostat are described, and the design of its software, the primary flow chart and subroutine flow chart are given.
