摘要
对大学遗传学教学中基因、等位基因及复等位基因,减数分裂与三大遗传规律(分离规律、独立分配规律和连锁遗传规律),“多因一效”与“一因多效”,遗传图距与重组率,三点测验绘制遗传图谱,遗传图距与物理图距,基因重组与基因的精细结构等7个疑难点内容进行分析,并就相关内容加以补充,有助于加深学生对该内容的理解。
This paper is an analysis of someimportantdifficult and questionable points in genetics course,such as gene,allele and multiple alleles,meiosis and3genetic principles(the principle of segregation,the principle of independent assort ment,and the principle of genetic linkage),'one gene can af fect more than one trait'and'any trait can be affected by more than one gene',the ge-netic map distance and frequency of recombination,genetic mapping in a three-pointtestcross,genetic mapdistance and physical distance,intra genic recombinationand the fine gene structure,with related contents supplemented,in the hope that students would have a deeper and better understandingof the contents in genetic course.
