摘要
品牌培育是服务企业成功的主要推动力,研究地域性餐饮品牌问题十分必要。本文在阐述品牌概念内涵和外延的基础上,研究界定了地域性餐饮品牌的含义,将地域性餐饮品牌分为3类:民族餐厅、旅游目的地餐厅和地区性餐厅,同时介绍了与这3类地域性餐饮品牌有关的研究,并指出未来研究的方向。
The brand cultivation is the main driving force for the success of service companies,so it is necessary to study the brand issues of regional restaurants. On the basis of expounding the connotation and extension of brand concept,this paper defines the meaning of regional catering brand,and divides regional catering brands into three categories:ethnic restaurants,tourist destination restaurants and regional restaurants. The research of these three types were introduced,and the direction of future research has been pointed out.
