摘要
本文依照检定规程JJG 744-2004《医用诊断X射线辐射源》和JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》校准规范,通过建立的数学模型,具体分析不确定度的来源,评定X射线辐射源空气比释动能率测量结果不确定度。
In accordance with the verification regulation of JJG 744-2004 Medical Diagnostic X-ray Radiation Source and JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement calibration standard,By the established mathematical model,the source of the uncertainty is analyzed in detail,and the uncertainty of the measurement result of the kerma rate of the X-ray source is evaluated.
