摘要
本文以国有检验检测机构改革为切入点,调查研究了国内各类检验检测机构现状、经营特色和优缺点,通过对各类检验检测机构共性和差异化分析,对国内检验检测机构转型升级、提升竞争力提出几项合理化建议。
Based on the reform of state-owned inspection and testing institutions,this paper investigates and studies the current situation,operating characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of various inspection and testing institutions in China. The commonness and difference of various inspection and testing institutions were analyzed.Several rationalization proposals were given for domestic inspection and testing institutions transform and upgrade to enhance competitiveness.
