摘要
食品用纸制品是质量安全风险监测的重点产品,本文依据相关标准,结合食品用纸制品生产过程中风险因子,对其风险监测项目和致害机理进行了分析,为食品用纸制品的风险监测工作提供理论依据。
Paper products for food packaging are the key products of quality and safety risk monitoring,According to relevant standards,combining with the risk factors in the production of paper products for food packaging,the risk monitoring project and damage mechanism are analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for risk monitoring of paper products for food packaging.
