从“注重价值引导”入手创建“标杆”站队
摘要
本文从2016年公司"三会"中提出的"注重价值观引导"的理念着手,阐述了基层站队应如何使广大员工认同和践行公司的文化和价值观,并剖析了提升员工价值观与创建"标杆"站队之间的联系,并为基层站队创建"标杆"站队提出了一些可行举措。
