企业人力资源管理存在的主要问题与对策分析

摘要 近年来,随着世界经济的全球化趋势以及市场竞争的全球化趋势进一步加深,在企业中实行卓有成效的人力资源管理已经逐渐是实现自身持续性发展的关键。管理大师彼得·德鲁克在二十世纪中叶首次提出"人力资源"的概念之后,越来越多的学者和企业管理人员加入到对人力资源管理进行进一步理论研究和实践操作的队伍中,进一步意识到人力资源是现代企业发展的核心竞争力和战略性要素,人力资源早已成为现代化社会大生产的关键要素和最重要的战略性资源。
