企业薪酬与员工满意度的关系研究

摘要 我国经济稳步发展,人力资源要素在企业投入成本的整体要素中的重要性不断提高,所以当下如何通过薪酬管理工作进行员工管理也就更加重要。文本首先介绍了其相关概念,在此基础上结合当下实践中的现实问题梳理了其问题所在,并提出了针对性的解决方法,以期为当下的人力资源管理、薪酬管理工作提供一点参考。
