论建立信息公开制度

On the establishment of system of information publicity

进入信息时代,信息公开已成为各国政府的必然选择。我国应借鉴国外先进理念,以转变观念为前提,以制定信息公开法为法律支持,以发展先进的电子政务体系为技术支持,建立起有中国特色的信息公开制度。

Information publicity has now become the necessary choice of every government in the era of information. It is suggested that we should use for reference the advanced ideas of foreign countries to set up the system of information publicity with Chinese feature, which is on the premise of conceptional transformation, supported both by establishment of law of information publicity, and by the development of advanced system of E -Government Administration.
