Application of Enzyme OPT-260 in Desizing

液体宽温退浆酶OPT 2 6 0是一浓缩、热稳定性良好的生物酶 ,在温度 40～ 10 0℃、pH值 4～ 9范围内具有较高的活性。因此 ,在实际应用中 ,工艺条件控制宽松。用OPT 2 6 0退浆酶替代传统的淀粉酶 ,进行用量、工艺时间的试验 ,结果表明 ,用量为 1.5 g/L ,时间为 10min时 ,处理后织物的毛效及退浆率均优于传统的退浆酶。

OPT-260 is a concentrated and thermostable enzyme.which has high activity within the temperature range from 40 to 100℃ and pH range from 4 to 9.OPT-260 is used to desizing instead of traditional amalyse to determine the process parameeters.The results indicate that,under usage of 1.5g/L and time for 10min,the capillary effect and desizing rate are superior to those of conventional desizing enzymes.
