摘要
目的:评估为2型糖尿病患者应用胰岛素治疗教育工具(胰岛素治疗教育包)进行健康教育的效果。方法:对2013年2月~2014年2月在我院接受治疗的100例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其平均分为对照组与观察组。我院对观察组患者采用胰岛素治疗教育包进行健康教育治疗,对对照组患者实施常规健康教育,并采用患者满意度调查表与健康教育知识测试表对两组患者进行问卷调查,评价其对护理工作的满意度。结果:对两组患者实施相应的健康教育后,观察组患者接受健康教育的效果明显优于对照组患者,差异显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显优于对照组患者,差异显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:为2型糖尿病患者采用胰岛素治疗教育工具进行个性化、规范化的健康教育可提高其对胰岛素治疗的依从性及对护理工作的满意度,增强其对临床护理人员的信任感,使其深入了解T2DM的相关知识,以积极、乐观的态度参与治疗及护理工作,并可充分体现以患者为中心的教育理念,规避为患者施行健康教育的随意性与主观性,此法值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective assessment of insulin therapy educational tool application effect. Methods 100 February 2013 - February 2014 in our hospital for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients, which was divided into two groups, namely the control group and the observation group, the observation group interview tool for patients with insulin package of health education treatment, the control group for patients with general health education. Questionnaire and implement health education test table by patient satisfaction surveys to evaluate the treatment of two groups of patients discharged from hospital the same day satisfaction. The results observed in patients satisfaction and knowledge of health education awareness was significantly higher in patients than in the control group, P <0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion of the study showed that insulin therapy application of educational tools can be patient-centered educational philosophy fully reflected, to avoid the arbitrariness and subjectivity of health education, patient compliance is enhanced insulin use, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
