摘要
目的:探讨能够将莪术有效成分充分煎出的最佳饮片类型。方法:将莪术饮片按厚度分成4mm厚片组、2~3mm细丝组和2mm薄片组,将每组莪术都平均分成三等份,将第一份浸泡0.5 h,将第二份侵泡1 h,将第三份侵泡1.5 h,以水煎法测定这三种莪术饮片的挥发油含量及浸出物含量。结果:2~3mm细丝组莪术饮片的挥发油含量和浸出物含量均明显高于4mm厚片组和2mm薄片组。结论:2~3mm的细丝莪术饮片是最适宜煎煮莪术饮片类型。
Objective: To explore the most suitable water extract of Curcuma Pieces type. METHODS: Curcuma 4mm thick sheet , the sheet of 2mm , 2 ~ 3mm thick filaments of the four groups of the three equal parts , the soaking time was set to 0.5 h, 1 h, 1.5 hours to cook four different types of cooking determination Pieces Curcuma extract content of volatile oil and different immersion time . Results: Volatile oil and extract content of 2 ~ 3mm thick filaments is the highest . Conclusion: Curcuma 2 ~ 3mm thick filaments, is best suited to the type of water extraction Pieces .
