摘要
目的:探讨用山腊梅叶颗粒辅助治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法:对2012年6月~2014年6月期间在我院儿科住院治疗的46例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这46例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组有24例患儿,对照组有22例患儿。我院给对照组患儿使用利巴韦林和炎琥宁进行治疗,给观察组患儿在使用利巴韦林和炎琥宁进行治疗(用法与对照组患儿相同)的基础上,加用山腊梅叶颗粒进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患儿治疗的效果。观察组患儿治疗的总有效率为91.7%,对照组患儿治疗的总有效率为68.2%。观察组患儿治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患儿,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:用山腊梅叶颗粒辅助治疗儿童疱疱疹性咽峡炎可有效地提高患儿治疗的效果。此疗法值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of wintersweet leaf granule in treating children herpangina.Method Selection in our hospital from 2012 June to 2014 of June in 46 cases of herpetic angina were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group was given conventional Leigh Bhave Lin, Yan Long Ning, both at a dose of 10 - 15 g/ (kg · m), the treatment group was given wintersweet leaf granule orally on the basis of conventional therapy.Result The treatment group in the antipyretic and herpes disappearance was better than the control group, the average days.Conclusion Wintersweet leaf granule in treating children herpangina curative effect.
