用胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸的疗效观察

目的:探讨用胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸的临床效果。方法:对2012年1月~2013年1月期间我院收治的32例慢性脓胸患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这32例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各有16例患者。我院用胸膜内胸廓成形术对对照组的患者进行治疗,用胸膜纤维板剥脱术对观察组的患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,观察两组患者的临床疗效及并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组患者手术持续的时间,术中的出血量及术后的引流量均明显多于对照组的患者,但其治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组的患者,其并发症的发生率明显低于对照组的患者,二者相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:用胸膜纤维板剥脱术对慢性脓胸患者进行治疗可显著改善其肺功能,消除其胸廓畸形的症状,进而提高其治疗效果,降低其并发症的发生率。该疗法值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of pleural fibreboard stripping offfor treatment of chronic empyema. Methods:Will be in January 2012 - January 2012 in our hospital treatment of 32 cases of chronic pyothorax patients were randomly divided into control group, control group 16 cases were treated by thoracoplasty treatment, observation group of 16 for the treatment of patients with pleural fibreboard stripped. Results:The observation group, operation time, intraoperative bleeding and postoperative drainage volume was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05); the curative effect of therapeutic group was significantly better than the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Pleural fibreboard stripping technique is an effective method to treat chronic pyothorax, can better keep the thoracic integrity, can maximum limit lung function recovery.
