探析对高血压脑出血患者进行个体化手术的方法及防治其并发症的对策

Countermeasure method analysis individual operation on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and the prevention of its complications

目的 :探讨对高血压脑出血患者进行个体化手术的方法及防治其并发症的对策。方法 :选取我院近5年收治的258例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象。根据患者病情的严重程度、出血部位、出血量、发病的时间、就诊的时间对其进行个体化手术治疗,观察这些患者手术的效果和并发症的发生情况。结果 :在这些患者中,有38例患者死亡,其术后的死亡率为14.7%;有220例患者存活,其术后的生存率为85.3%;有56例患者出现了术后并发症,其术后并发症的发生率为21.7%。结论 :对高血压脑出血患者进行个体化手术治疗并配合科学合理的并发症防治措施,可减少手术对其造成的创伤,缩短其身体恢复的时间,提高其术后的生存率,改善其治疗的效果。

Objective: to study the individual the clinical effect of surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods: review of 258 patients admitted in our hospital in recent five years are summarized the clinical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients,according to the severity of the patients with consciousness,bleeding,blood loss and morbidity time and see a doctor to give individualized surgical treatment.Among them,96 cases of patients with big bone flap decompression + hematoma removal,68 cases of patients with minimally invasive hematoma drilling drainage,29 cases of patients with small bone window for removal of hematoma,65 cases of patients with ventricular and waist is big pool catheter drainage.Results: postoperative follow-up of 3 months,258 patients died in 38 cases,220 cases,survival rates were 85.3%, the mortality was 14.7%,the incidence of postoperative complications was 21.7%.Conclusions: in patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage underwent surgical treatment,individual can reduce the surgical trauma patients,shorten the patients' recovery time,improve the postoperative survival rate,improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
