摘要
目的 :探讨分析应用头、体针疗法配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后遗症的临床效果。方法 :选取2013年5月至2014年6月间我院收治的脑卒中后遗症患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例),为对照组患者进行康复训练指导,在为观察组患者进行康复训练指导的基础上结合头、体针疗法为其进行治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床疗效,并将对比的结果及两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果 :治疗前,两组患者Barthel指数评分和Fugl-Meyer评分之间的差异不显著(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。经过2个月的治疗,两组患者的Barthel指数评分和Fugl-Meyer评分较治疗前均有明显的改善,且观察组患者的改善程度更为明显,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 :应用头、体针疗法配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后遗症的临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To explore the patients with sequelae of stroke by head, body acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of the clinical effects. Methods: 70 cases of sequelae of stroke were randomly sampled in our hospital, were divided into two groups, 35 cases in the control group rehabilitation therapy, 35 cases in observation group were combined with the implementation of the head, in the rehabilitation training on the basis of body acupuncture needling therapy. Results:in the 2 months of Barthel index, Fugl-Meyer score were better than that of treatment before and after treatment, observation group was significantly better than that of control group, were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Patients with stroke sequela with head, body acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for treatment, can effectively improve the patients quality of life.
