摘要
目的 :探讨分析应用宫腔镜手术治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)的临床效果。方法 :选取2010年1月至2014年1月间我院收治的剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者72例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例),为对照组患者实施清宫手术,为观察组患者实施宫腔镜手术,观察对比两组患者的临床疗效,并将对比的结果及两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果 :观察组36例患者的手术时间为(28.3±2.5)min,术中出血量为(63.1±8.2)ml,术后住院时间为(5.6±1.3)d,术毕至月经来潮时间为(39.4±6.1)d,β-HCG恢复正常的时间为(15.9±1.3)d;对照组36例患者的手术时间为(40.3±6.7)min,术中出血量为(98.2±12.4)ml,术后住院时间为(7.6±2.2)d,术毕至月经来潮时间为(60.3±5.9)d,β-HCG恢复正常的时间为(33.2±5.1)d。观察组患者的各项临床指标均明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。观察组患者对治疗效果的满意度为94.4%,对照组患者对治疗效果的满意度为80.6%,观察组患者对治疗效果的满意度明显高于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:应用宫腔镜手术治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the hysteroscopic operation treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP) effect. Methods: 36 cases of CSP underwent hysteroscopic operation as the observation group,underwent curettage CSP 36 cases as control group, compared the clinical effects of two groups.Results: The operative time, bleeding in the observation group, and the postoperative hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of controls (P < 0.05); observation group after menstruation and beta -HCG recovery time was significantly shorter than that of controls (P < 0.05); the normal time of the observation group satisfaction was 94.44%, significantly higher than that in control group 80.56% (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic operation is safe and effective for the treatment of CSP, faster postoperative recovery, it is worthy of popularization and application.
