用经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究采用经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法 :对我院收治的80例骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例患者。为对照组患者进行保守治疗,为观察组患者使用经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术进行治疗,并对比分析其临床疗效。结果 :在进行治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分、椎体前缘的高度、椎体中央的高度、胸椎脊柱的后凸角均明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。观察组患者并发症的发生率均明显低于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:为骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者使用经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术进行治疗的效果显著,此法值得在临床上推广应用。
