摘要
目的 :探讨用治疗性沟通系统对发生早产的产妇进行护理干预的临床效果。方法 :对2014年2月~2015年2月期间在我院分娩的84例发生早产产妇的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这84例产妇随机分为研究组与对照组,其中,研究组有41例产妇,对照组有43例产妇。我院对对照组的产妇进行常规的产后护理,对研究组产妇在常规护理(方法与对照组产妇相同)的基础上用治疗性沟通系统进行护理干预。治疗结束后,比较两组产妇SAS的评分及对护理服务的满意度。结果 :研究组产妇SAS的评分明显低于对照组的产妇,其对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组的产妇,二者相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 :用治疗性沟通系统对发生早产的产妇进行护理干预可以明显地缓解其因母婴分离而产生的焦虑情绪,提高其对护理服务的满意度,进而促进其康复。该护理方法值得在临床上推广使用。
objective: to study the influence of the therapeutic communication system on anxiety of the premature mother and maternal satisfaction of nursing work. Methods: 84 cases of eligible the premature mother postpartum were randomly divided into control group and research group, routine postpartum psychological care was implemented on the control group and the rapeutic channel communication were implemented on the research based on conventional nursing. Results: The differences in each index were no-significant between the two groups (P>0.05). After the test, anxiety of the research group was alleviated, and satisfaction of nursing job was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: therapeutic communication system can relieve anxiety of the premature mother and improve maternal satisfaction of nursing work.
