用清胃泻火法联合氢氧化钙盖髓法治疗龋齿性牙痛的疗效观察

目的 :探讨用清胃泻火法联合氢氧化钙盖髓法治疗龋齿性牙痛的临床效果。方法 :对2013年2月~2014年2月期间我院收治的118例龋齿性牙痛患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这118例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各有59例患者。为对照组患者使用氢氧化钙盖髓法进行治疗,为观察组患者用清胃泻火法联合氢氧化钙盖髓法进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者治疗效果、疼痛评分及其不良反应的发生情况。结果 :观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者的疼痛评分明显低于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者在进行治疗的过程中均未发生任何不良反应。结论 :用清胃泻火法联合氢氧化钙盖髓法治疗龋齿性牙痛的疗效显著,患者的疼痛感轻,且无明显的不良反应。此疗法值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective: To investigate theclinicalcharacteristicsofstomachfire-clearing prescription combined with calcium hydroxide in treatment of dental caries toothache. Methods: During February, 2013 to February, 2014,118 cases in our hospital with acute pulpitis admitted toourresserch, and all of they were were randomly divided into two groups use the envelope method, the experimental group was treat with stomachfire-clearing prescription combined with calcium hydroxide , and the control group were treat with conventional calcium hydroxide pulp capping treatment, pain scores and the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the mean pain score of the experimental group was significantly&nbsp;lower than the control group, the total effective rate of the experimental group is 81.4%, significantly higher than the 61.0% of the control group, the data between the two groups was significant difference (P<0.05 ). Conclusion: The effect of stomachfire-clearing prescription combined with calcium hydroxidemethod in the treatment of acute pulpitis better than calcium hydroxide pulp capping treatment. After treatment, the patient’s pain score was significantly less tha n the simple treatment, and no significant adverse reactions occurs, it is worth in clinical widely used.
