摘要
目的:分析用归脾汤加减治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的效果。方法:对2012年5月至2014年5月我院收治的68例慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其分为研究组和对照组。为研究组者使用归脾汤加减方进行治疗,为对照组患者联合应用泼尼松和氨肽素进行治疗,并对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:在进行用药治疗后,两组患者均取得了一定的疗效。研究组患者治疗的总有效率为91.18%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为70.59%。研究组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组患者,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用归脾汤加减方治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的效果确切,此法值得在临床上推广应用。
[Summary]Objective: Spleen Decoction treatment of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura clinical results were analyzed and summarized them.Methods: randomly selected hospital in May 2012 - May 2014 were treated 68 patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients were divided into study group and the control group.The former give spleen Decoction, which uses prednisone and ampeptidum treatment, effect of contrast between the two groups.The results:The total study group was significantly higher than the efficiency of the two groups was statistically significant.In conclusion:Thrombocytopenic purpura in patients on chronic idiopathic using spleen Decoction, a significant effect.
