用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年胆囊结石的效果分析

The Observations on Comparison Between Laparoscopic and Open Cholecystectomy for Treating the Gerontal Patients With Gallbladder Stones

目的 :探讨用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年胆囊结石的效果。方法 :对我院收治的98例老年胆囊结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其分为腹腔镜组和开腹组,分别为两组患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术和开腹胆囊切除术进行治疗,并对比观察两组患者的手术指标及发生并发症的情况。结果 :两组患者均顺利完成手术,未发生死亡。在腹腔镜组患者中无患者中转开腹手术。腹腔镜组患者的手术时间、术毕至排气的时间、术毕至下床活动的时间及住院时间均明显短于开腹组患者,其术中的出血量少于开腹组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。腹腔镜组患者手术并发症的发生率明显低于开腹组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论 :应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年胆囊结石的手术时间较短,患者在术后恢复较快,发生并发症的几率较低,此法值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective: To discuss the advantage of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for treating the gerontal patients with gallbladder stones. Methods: 98 gerontal patients with gallbladder stones were randomly averagely divided into the laparoscopic group and the open group. The two groups were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy. The operation situations, recoveries and complications between two groups were observed. Results: The operation time, the amount of bleeding during operation, the exhaust time, the ambulation time and the hospitalization time in the laparoscopic group patients were obviously lower than those of the open group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the laparoscopic group was obviously lower than that of the open group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The laparoscopic cholecystectomy has the advantages of less trauma, faster recovery and less complications for treating the gerontal patients with gallbladder stones, and is worth the clinical promotion.
