摘要
目的 :探讨对进行手术治疗的重症胰腺炎患者实施整体护理的临床效果。方法 :对2013年7月~2014年11月期间在我院进行手术治疗的37例重症胰腺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。在这37例患者的围手术期内,我院对他们进行了整体护理。手术结束后,观察这37例患者手术前后焦虑症状的评分、抑郁症状的评分以及并发症的发生率和死亡率。结果:这37例患者手术后焦虑症状的评分和抑郁症状的评分均明显低于进行手术前,组内比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。在手术后,这37例患者并发症的发生率为8.1%,其死亡率为2.7%。结论 :对行手术治疗的重症胰腺炎患者实施整体护理可有效地缓解其焦虑和抑郁的情绪,降低其并发症的发生率和死亡率。此护理方法值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective: Analysis and Discussion of general surgery in severe pancreatitis surgery overall care effect. Method:Select 37 patients in July 2013 - November 2014 to our hospital for treatment of severe acute pancreatitis, its implementation of the overall nursing intervention, mood changes in patients, the incidence of complications observed in patients during treatment of patients before and after the intervention and death rate situation. Results: Compared with the previous treatment, the patient’s mood significantly improved scores in patients with SAS, SDS scores decreased significantly compared with the previous nursing care before and after significant difference, P <0.05 statistically significant; there are two cases of post-operative patients with lung infection, wound infection occurred in one patient, pancreatic leak does not appear, gastrointestinal bleeding and other serious complications. One patient died due to lung infections. Conclusion: For overall care for patients with severe acute pancreatitis, which can effectively improve the emotional state of the patient, reduce the incidence of complications, to promote the rehabilitation of patients with a positive effect.
