摘要
食管静脉曲张是肝硬化患者常见的并发症。进行内镜下注射硬化剂治疗是近年来临床上新兴起的一种食管静脉曲张治疗法。为了探讨此疗法的效果,我们对2011年在我院进行内镜下注射硬化剂治疗的食管静脉曲张患者的治疗效果进行了分析。
This paper describes one case of esophageal varices (heavy) with cardia, gastric venous Zhang Hang hardener clinical symptoms after treatment under endoscopy, originally the microscopic changes, along with symptoms, and recovery after the microscopic performance comparison, from esophageal varices, microscopically, endoscopic treatment, indications and contraindications, one by one clinical application repeatedly because of varices bleeding corresponding microscopically after treatment significantly reduce the risk of bleeding, verify the effectiveness of the microscopically treatment.
