对腹型过敏性紫癜的临床特点探析

目的:探讨腹型过敏性紫癜的临床特点。方法:将2012年5月-2014年5月我院收治43例腹型过敏性紫癜患者作为研究对象,对本组患者的临床表现、在入院后进行实验室检查的结果进行回顾性分析,整理其临床资料,了解其进行药物治疗的效果及预后情况。结果:本组患者多为儿童。在本组43例患者中,有15例患者的首发症状为腹痛(占34.9%),有22例患者的首发症状为皮疹(占51.2%)。在本组患者中,皮疹累及四肢的患者有43例(占100%),皮疹累及躯干的有5例(占11.6%)。本组患者的临床表现多为腹部绞痛,其中有19例患者外周白细胞的指标偏高(占44.2%),有18例患者发生大便潜血(占41.9%),有12例患者进行尿蛋白检查的结果呈阳性(占27.9%),有11例患者发生尿血(占25.6%)。在本组43例患者中,有39例在进行常规抗过敏治疗及应用糖皮质激素类药物进行治疗后临床症状及体征消失,其病情在3-6周治愈。结论 :腹型过敏性紫癜患者多为儿童,其临床表现主要为皮疹、腹痛、外周白细胞的指标增高及大便潜血等。临床医师应综合分析此病患者的临床表现及进行实验室检查的结果,以明确地诊断其病情。对此病患者采用糖皮质激素类药物进行治疗可取得较好的效果。

Methods :Choose from may, 2012 - May 2014, 43 patients with abdominal type allergic purpura, the clinical data and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results :43 patients with 35 patients younger than 14 years, accounting for 81.4% of the proportion, 6 cases aged from 15 to 50, accounting for 13.9% of the proportion; More than 50 years old in 2 cases, accounting for 4.7% of the proportion of three groups more obvious differences, P < 0.05). 43 patients starting in 15 patients symptoms were abdominal pain, accounting for 34.9% of the proportion; Patients with digestive tract should come before her lesions 0-15 days; Symptoms of 22 patients with rash as starting, accounting for 51.2% of the proportion, rashes in patients with early in the digestive tract symptoms 0 to 40 days. From 43 patients of 39 cases with normal anti-allergic treatment and clinical symptoms disappeared after glucocorticoid hormone treatment, patients in 3-6 weeks to heal. 3 cases with conservative treatment the effect not beautiful, before surgery . Conclusion :Patients with the disease multiple in childhood, starting in the clinical symptoms mainly for skin rashes, followed by abdominal pain, glucocorticoid hormone has very sig nificant effect in the disease.
