摘要
目的:探讨分析用两种不同的手术方式治疗指端缺损的临床效果。方法 :选取2012年8月至2014年12月间我院收治的指端缺损患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为A组(30例)和B组(30例),为A组患者实施足趾组织再造修复术,为B组患者实施指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复术,观察对比两组患者的临床疗效,并将对比的结果及两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果 :两组指端损伤患者的皮瓣全部成活,B组患者的手术时间明显短于A组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。在A组40例患者中,有4例患者发生血管危象,经对症治疗后均痊愈;在B组40例患者中,有4例患者应蒂部受压而出现紫色并发生张力性水疱的症状,对患者的蒂部进行拆除几针的缝线之后,患者皮瓣的血运获得改善,此外还有2例患者的皮瓣远端出现0.5cm的坏死,经换药治疗后皮瓣创缘得以愈合。结论 :用两种不同术式治疗指端缺损的效果均较为显著,临床上可根据患者的具体情况为其选择合适的修复方法进行治疗。
[ abstract ] objective: through your fingers for two kinds of different operative methods for defect repair effect were discussed. Methods: in August 2012 to December 2014 treated in our hospital during the period of 60 patients with finger tip defect in clinical studies, in patients undergoing toes organization reengineering prosthesis for research in group A, accept the finger artery retrograde island flap to repair technique for the study of group B patients, analyze the repair effect of two groups of patients. Results: all patients were transplanted tisssues survived, study the operation time of group B patients is markedly lower than the patients of group A (P < 0.05), the research group A in blood vessel crisis phenomenon, the research group B distal tension blister and flap necrosis, the corresponding improve after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion: the two kinds of different operative methods in patients with finger tip defect repair have a certain effect.
