摘要
目的 :讨论分析循证护理在手术室护理工作中的应用效果。方法 :选取2011年5月~2012年12月间我院手术室收治的手术患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),为对照组患者进行常规护理,为观察组患者实施循证护理干预,然后观察对比两组患者抑郁及焦虑程度的改善情况、并发症的发生率及患者、麻醉师和医师对护理工作的满意度,并将对比的结果及两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果 :观察组患者、麻醉师及医师对护理工作的满意度明显优于对照组患者、麻醉师及医师对护理工作的满意度,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。在护理前,两组患者抑郁及焦虑程度之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。在实施护理干预后,两组患者的抑郁及焦虑程度较护理前均有明显的改善,且观察组患者的改善程度更为明显,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。观察组患者术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在手术室护理工作中,对手术患者实施循证护理干预的临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical value andapplication of evidence-based nursing in operation room nursing effect.Methods in our hospital in 2011 may 2012 to December received 100 cases of patients as the research object, the randomized patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care, patients in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing care intervention.Results after compared the observation group after the SCL-90 scores of each factor were significantly lower than those of the control group, work efficiency and the quality of nursing and complications occurred in rate, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05), the satisfaction of patients observation group compared was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).
